Experience advanced diagnostic imaging with our state-of-the-art 3 Tesla MRI scan. This high-resolution imaging technology provides exceptionally clear and detailed views of the brain, spine, joints, soft tissues, and internal organs—making it ideal for accurate diagnosis and early detection.
The “Tesla” in MRI refers to the strength of the magnetic field used during imaging. Traditional MRI machines operate at 1.5 Tesla (T), but a 3 Tesla MRI uses double the magnetic strength, leading to sharper images, faster scans, and more detailed views of soft tissues, organs, and other internal structures.
A 3T MRI is especially valuable for diagnosing complex conditions in areas where detail is crucial, such as the brain, spine, joints, heart, and blood vessels.
1. Unmatched Image Quality:
The stronger magnetic field produces high-definition images with exceptional detail, helping physicians detect even the smallest abnormalities that might be missed by lower-powered MRIs.
2. Faster Scans:
3T MRIs often complete scans more quickly, reducing the time patients need to remain still — making the experience more comfortable and ideal for patients who may have difficulty lying still for long periods.
3. Advanced Diagnostics:
3 Tesla MRI supports advanced imaging techniques like functional MRI (fMRI), spectroscopy, and perfusion imaging, helping in the diagnosis of neurological disorders, cancer, musculoskeletal injuries, and vascular diseases.
4. Non-Invasive and Radiation-Free:
MRI uses magnetic fields and radio waves — no radiation exposure — ensuring a safer imaging alternative for many patients.
5. Ideal for Specialized Studies:
From highly detailed brain scans to comprehensive cardiac imaging and complex joint evaluations, the 3T MRI offers incredible versatility across multiple specialties.
Neurological Disorders:
Brain tumors
Multiple sclerosis
Stroke assessment
Epilepsy mapping
Musculoskeletal Issues:
Ligament and tendon injuries
Small cartilage defects
Early signs of arthritis
Spinal cord compression
Cardiovascular Conditions:
Cardiac structure evaluation
Congenital heart disease
Blood vessel abnormalities (MRA studies)
Cancer Detection and Monitoring:
Prostate cancer imaging
Breast MRI
Liver, pancreas, and abdominal organ assessment
Pelvic and Abdominal Scans:
Endometriosis
Fibroids
Inflammatory bowel disease
Your comfort is our priority.
Before the scan, you will be asked to remove all metallic objects and change into a gown if necessary. You’ll lie down on a padded table that slides into the MRI scanner. The machine may produce tapping or thumping sounds during imaging — earplugs or headphones are provided for your comfort.
A typical MRI scan can take anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the study required. You will be able to communicate with the technician at all times through an intercom system. book an appointment at Nobel Imaging and Diagnostic for a medical test
In some cases, a contrast dye may be injected to enhance the visibility of certain tissues or blood vessels. If needed, our staff will discuss this with you beforehand. Contact Us
